Big ASG Elite Football and Cheer Association isn’t just another youth league. This ain’t just football. It’s a movement. As Jersey’s premier youth football and cheer program, Big ASG is transforming lives through structure, mentorship, and elite athletic training. Now with a new headquarters in Old Bridge, NJ and a new season starting in August 2025, the future looks bright for athletes and families across the region.
Built to Lead. Trained to Win.
Founded in 2024 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Big ASG Elite began under the ASG Chargers name. Today, it represents a rising standard in youth sports—anchored by the values of confidence, culture, and competition. The organization empowers young athletes through a powerful blend of academic mentorship and high-impact training in both football and cheer.
“Big ASG isn’t just about football,” says Shawn Pierre, President of Big ASG Elite. “We’re building leaders, student-athletes, and compassionate citizens. Our programs don’t stop when the whistle blows. They continue in classrooms, in the community, and at home.”
From the Field to the Classroom
At Big ASG, sports and academics go hand in hand. Student-athletes receive support in ELA, math, and STEM from a dedicated academic committee that monitors progress, celebrates growth, and provides resources for high school and college access.
“When a player joins Big ASG Elite, we’re not just preparing them for gameday,” says Jamill Hill, Vice President of Football Operations. “We’re preparing them for life. That means hard work on the field, accountability in school, and learning what it means to give back.”
