The first weekend of September delivered everything we love about youth sports in Old Bridge—big plays, bigger smiles, and a whole lot of community pride. ASG Elite launched the 2025 season with a jam-packed slate of events, a statement scrimmage win, and a few milestone moments we won’t forget.

“Everything we do starts with family and community,” said Shawn Pierre. “Securing our own field is a milestone for our athletes - and our neighbors.”

11U Sets the Tone: 26–0 vs. Brick City Lions

Our 11U squad came out firing in a friendly scrimmage against the Brick City Lions, closing the day at 26–0. New uniforms, first-game jitters, and then…confidence. The sideline energy was electric as families snapped photos and cheered every drive.

  • Final: ASG Elite 26 – 0 Brick City Lions

  • Vibe check: crisp uniforms, sharper routes, and plenty of high-fives

A Home of Our Own: Field & Scoreboard Unveiled

2025 is already a landmark year: ASG Elite now has its own home field in Old Bridge, NJ. At our 2nd Annual Pep Rally, Shawn Pierre delivered an inspiring message about family and legacy before unveiling the new scoreboard and announcing the field’s dedication in honor of Kim Allison Rogers. We also revealed clubhouse signage in memory of Josephine L. Pierre - a powerful reminder of the people and stories that shape our program.

Meet the Lady Chargers (and Tiny Mites, Too)

This season marks the debut of the Lady Chargers cheer program, bringing fresh spirit, skill, and sisterhood to the sidelines. Cheer moms turned the pep rally into a makers’ studio with custom tees, while the Tiny Mites closed the day with their adorable “Cookies & Cream” routine. (Mother Nature tried to call game with a quick storm, but the momentum? Untouchable.)

Community by the Numbers

  • 200+ athletes, families, and friends in attendance

  • 1 brand-new home field & scoreboard

  • 1 field dedication (Kim Allison Rogers) + 1 clubhouse tribute (Josephine L. Pierre)

  • Countless memories that set the tone for the season
